ROCORI (2-6) @ Little Falls (4-4) 6:30 pm-AM 1390 The FAN: The Spartans earned their second win of the season in week eight, a 16-15 edging of Sauk Rapids-Rice that dropped the Storm to 0-8 on the year.

Spartans quarterback Tim Hanson has been a little banged-up of late, with backup Skippy Virchow playing a majority of the second half in last week's contest. Head coach Mike Rowe says they will both have to be ready to go at Little Falls:

The Flyers notched a signature victory at Foley in week six, then beat Mora handily in week seven before stuttering in a regular-season ending 18-3 loss to Becker. They are led by running back Jalen Wuchko, who has missed the last couple of games:

With the win Sartell continued their mastery of the Eagles, who have never beaten the Sabres.Head coach Scott Hentges says the Sabres are playing with a lot of confidence:

The Storm played better in 2013 than their record would indicate with narrow losses to Fergus Falls (35-34), Tech (21-14) and ROCORI (16-15) littering the schedule.
