The Atlanta Hawks earned their 16th straight win Sunday with a 112-100 win over the Timberwolves. Minnesota, who has now lost four straight games, is now 7-36 on the season.

Thaddeus Young led the Wolves with 26 points on 11-17 shooting while pulling down six rebounds and dishing out a team-high seven assists. Mo Williams added 20 points in the loss.

The Wolves are on the road again Monday night when they take on the Thunder in Oklahoma City.
