EVANSTON - Head coach Pam Borton picked up her 300th win with Minnesota, as the Gophers women's basketball team battled to a 82-64 win over Northwestern on Saturday.

Minnesota shot 52.9 percent from the field in the contest. Rachel Banham led the scoring with 32 points for the Gophers. Amanda Zahui picked up another double-double with 16 points and 18 rebounds.

The Gophers are on a four game winning streak and are now 17-9 overall this season. They return home to Williams Arena on Thursday night to take on Purdue.
