Gopher Women’s Basketball Still Winless In The Big Ten

The Gopher women's basketball team is still winless in the Big Ten after losing 71-63 at home against Wisconsin Thursday night.  Minnesota led 44-30 at halftime but were outscored 41-19 in the 2nd half.  Leah Cotton led Minnesota with 24 points and Kiara Buford added 9 for the Gophers.  Minnesota is 8-11 overall and 0-6 in the Big Ten.  The Gophers play at Michigan State at 1pm Sunday, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 12:30.
