Gopher Women’s Basketball Falls to Penn State

The Gopher women's basketball team lost 74-51 at #15 Penn State.  Kiara Buford led the Gophers with 11 points and Rachel Banham had 10 points.  Minnesota shot 35 percent while Penn State shot 45 percent.

The Gophers are 14-16 overall and 6-10 in the Big Ten.  The Gophers are seeded 8th in the upcoming Big Ten tournament and will play 9th seeded Wisconsin at 5pm Thursday.
