Gopher Basketball Learns NIT Semifinal Opponent

The Minnesota Golden Gopher men's basketball team will take on Florida State Tuesday night at 8 PM (WJON) at Madison Square Garden in a NIT semifinal.

The Seminoles topped Louisiana Tech 78-75 Wednesday night to punch their ticket to the semifinal round.

The other half of the bracket will feature SMU, who beat Cal 67-65 Wednesday, against Clemson.
