Gibson Strong But Twins Fall To Cardinals Wednesday

The Twins fell to St. Louis 3-1 Wednesday afternoon despite a strong start from Kyle Gibson.

Gibson threw 4.1 innings and allowed one run on four hits with four strikeouts and no walks. However, the Twins scored just one run in the game on a Jason Bartlett RBI single in the sixth inning. With the hit, Bartlett snapped an 0-24 skid and is now 1-27 this spring.

The Twins are at Tampa tonight at 6 PM.
