Duke Beats Gophers 89-71

The Gopher men's basketball team lost 89-71 to #5 Duke Thanksgiving Day in the quarterfinals of the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament in the Bahamas.  Minnesota trailed throughout including down 7 at halftime.  Duke shot 54% from the field while the Gophers were held to 40% shooting.

Minnesota was led by Rodney Williams with 16 points, Andre Hollins added 12 points and Trevor Mbakwe chipped in 11 points in 18 minutes off the bench.  The Gophers fall to 4-1 on the season and will play today at noon (CT) in the Bahamas in the Consolation semifinals against #19 Memphis.
