The Twins added two more runs in the bottom of the seventh inning on Brian Dozier and Jamey Carroll RBI singles.

Kevin Correia lasted eight innings for Minnesota, allowing no runs on six singles with one walk and two strikeouts. The former Pirate has trimmed his ERA to 2.23 on the year.
