Cold Spring Sneaks Past Mankato In Sections

The Cold Spring Springers topped the Mankato Mets 1-0 Friday night in Marshall, MN. Cold Spring advances to take on Savage at 4 pm on Saturday.

Zach Femrite pitched a complete game shutout for the Springers, striking out nine batters. The game was scoreless until the eighth inning when Cold Spring was able to scratch across a run.

The Mets left two runners on base in the ninth inning.
