The Twins got past the Astros Tuesday thanks to a pair of home runs from first baseman Chris Colabello, including a tie-breaking grand slam in the ninth inning.  Trevor Plouffe and Brian Dozier also had home runs in the game for Minnesota.

Andrew Albers was lit up in his start for the Twins. The rookie allowed five runs on nine hits in under two innings of work. Anthony Swarzak steadied the ship for 4.1 innings, allowing just one run on three hits while striking out five.

The Twins will take on the Astros again on Tuesday night, with Minnesota sending Pedro Hernandez to the hill against Zach Cosart. First pitch is scheduled for 7:10.
