The Kansas City Chiefs took advantage of a fumble by quarterback Philip Rivers at the end of regulation and beat the Chargers 23-20 in overtime in Kansas City Monday night.  Rivers and the Chargers were positioning themselves for the game-winning field goal at the end of regulation when Rivers fumbled the exchange from center and the ball was recovered by the Chiefs.

Ryan Succop made 3 field goals for the Chiefs including the 30-yard game-winner in overtime.  Jackie Battle ran for 70 yards on 19 carries with a touchdown for Kansas City.  Both the Chargers and Chiefs are 4-3 this season.
