The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 125-97 Wednesday night at Quicken Loans Arena. The Wolves trailed by just three points at halftime before Cleveland pulled away for the win.

LeBron James scored 27 points on 11-14 shooting to lead the Cavaliers, while also pulling down eight rebounds and dishing out 12 assists. Kyrie Irving added 14 points and a career-high 14 assists.

Karl-Anthony Towns led the Wolves with 26 points and 12 rebounds, and Andrew Wiggins scored 23 points against his "former" team.

The Timberwolves will play at Detroit Friday night. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 on AM 1240 WJON.
