Cathedral Set To Face Fairmont Monday In State Championship

The Cathedral baseball team takes on Fairmont this afternoon at Target Field for the Class AA state championship.

Both teams have won 25 games in a row, with the Cardinals losing their first game of the season before rattling off the wins to finish 25-1.

Cathedral lost their second game of the season at Albany back in early April before streaking to a 26-1 record.

Today's game is scheduled for a 3 PM start in Minneapolis and can be heard on AM 1390 The Fan.
