Cathedral Boys Soccer Loses 3rd Place Game

Duluth Marshall defeated Cathedral 2-1 Tuesday to capture 3rd place in the Class A State Boys Soccer Tournament at the Metrodome.  Junior Andres Almarza scored with an assist from senior forward Patrick Krebsbach for the lone Cathedral goal after falling behind 2-0 in the 2nd half.

Cathedral's season ends with a record of 18-2-2.  Cathedral lost to St. Paul Academy and Summit School on Monday afternoon.
