The St. Ben's volleyball team lost 3 games to 1 in St. Paul to 8th ranked St. Thomas Thursday night. The scores were 25-21, 15-25, 25-23 and 25-21. Lexi Rinde had 15 kills and Sophie Stangl had 13 kills for St. Ben's.

The Minnesota Wild lost 3-0 at Ottawa Thursday night in the first game of a 3-game road trip. Ottawa scored 2 goals in the 2nd period and 1 in the 3rd. Niklas Backstrom had 14 saves and the Wild outshot Ottawa 35-17.
