Lawrence Tynes missed a 54-yard field goal with just 15 seconds remaining, and the Philadelphia Eagles beat the New York Giants, 19-17, in Philadelphia on Sunday night. Trailing 17-16, quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy guided the Eagles into position for Alex Henery's go-ahead, 26-yard field goal with 1:49 left to play. New York (2-2) has now lost eight of its last nine meetings with Philadelphia (3-1).

NFL, Refs Reach Tentative Agreement

The NFL and and the NFL Referees Association have agreed to a contract that will send referees back to the field this weekend, according to NFL.com.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement that the the refs will be back on the field starting with Thursday night's game between the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens. The referees will receive their game assignments for the rest of the weekend's action on Friday, according NFL.com.
