The St. Cloud Technical and Community College softball team will continue their storybook season in the national tournament after an 8-7 win over Ridgewater College Saturday.
The Cyclones won their first ever conference title this season, and capped it off with postseason wins over Century (10-2, 5 in) and Saturday's win over Ridgewater

#1 SCSU Upset By #8 BSU In NSIC Tourney Opener
The St. Cloud State Huskies were upset by Bemidji State 9-3 at Joe Faber Field Wednesday. The Beavers scored three runs in the top of the first inning to pace the victory.
The Huskies briefly cut the BSU lead to 3-1 on a Brian Hansen sacrifice fly to score Garrett Fischer, but the Beavers notched five runs in the top of the fifth for an 8-1 lead that would prove to be insurmountable
