With two outs and the bases loaded in the bottom of the sixth inning, 12-year-old Nick Pratto delivered a clutch hit that gave Huntington Beach, Calif., a 2-1 victory over Hamamatsu City, Japan, in the final game of the Little League World Series. The squad became the seventh team from California to win the title.

Braydon Salzman pitched a gem of a game for  California, striking out the side in the top of the fifth inning before navigating out of a jam in the top of the sixth.

The young team celebrated their win on the field after the game before shaking hands with their opponents. Pratto and his teammates will surely hold onto the memories from this tournament for the rest of their lives.
