The River Bats lost 4-2 at Alexandria Sunday night.  Alexandria took a 4-0 lead in the 4th inning and never trailed.  C.J. Gillman and Ronald Sucre were each 1-4 with 1 RBI and Carlos Lopez and Jeremy Banks were each 1-4 with 1 run scored for the Bats.  Austen Wisroth allowed 5 hits and 4 runs (2 earned) in 6 innings to take the loss.  St. Cloud is 9-8 in the 2nd half of the season and is 3 games back of Alexandria for first place in the 2nd half of the North Division standings.

The Bats begin a 5-game series against Duluth tonight.  The first 3 games are at Duluth and the final 2 are in St. Cloud on Thursday and Friday.  The Bats are at Duluth at 7:05 tonight, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.
