The Twins stopped a 3-game losing streak with a 10-2 win at home against the Detroit Tigers.  Minnesota scored 4 runs in the 5th on Justin Morneau's grand slam and added 4 more runs in the 7th inning.  Francisco Liriano threw 7 innings with 5 hits and 2 earned runs allowed to get the win and improve to 5-3.  Justin Morneau was 1-3 with a grand slam and Delmon Young went 2-4 with a homerun and 2 RBIs. The Twins improve to 78-63 and remain 1 1/2 games back of the White Sox for first place in the American League Central.  Minnesota will host Detroit again today at 2:55, pregame on WJON at 2:20.
