The Vikings chose their captains for the 2008 season.  Guard Steve Hutchinson is their offensive captain, linebacker E.J. Henderson is their defensive captain and kicker Ryan Longwell is the their special teams captain.  Head coach Brad Childress said the 3 tend to lead by example and not by words.  The Vikings begin the 2008 season Monday night when they play at Green Bay against the Packers at 6pm, pregame on WJON at 5pm.
